Don't judge the vodka bottle . I needed it to get through the night before school starts ritual.

A blogging friend came up with a great idea. Help another school that REALLY needs help. Have you seen those "vote for Target to give a school a gift card for supplies" and what not? I have and have totally ignored the requests. Because I am mean and uncaring. Well, until Lara. 

Read here about her reasoning for choosing this school and the sad and depressing stats about the Walter Cohen High School in New Orleans. I don't know, maybe I do believe in paying if forward. Maybe making a difference for others when they feel like there is not a difference to be made. I would like to think, though I'll never know, that these children might benefit knowing there are faceless people out there who want to make the world a better place for them.

Loved the Target Card idea - thank you for passing it along! My three kids graduated from public schools (K-12) in California. In fact I am getting ready to take my youngest to college in Southern California next month and I have cast my vote for the school in New Orleans. I hope great things come their way!

Studies show that IGF-1 can be more useful for gaining muscle mass and some other anti-aging properties because it bypasses the pituitary gland.
I would go against taking both at the same time
because you levels of IGF-1 might raise way too high and it
very dangerous. My suggestion to you would be not to take any kind of anabolic steroids.
They can be extremely dangerous in high doses.

And lets face it, anybody who taken steroids does not take them in small
doses because it will not do anything. Studies show that
most people take more than 100-1000 times the recommended
doses. This is very dangerous and taking in small doses of lets say 10-20mg would not do anything.
I am sure you will take one of these so my
only suggestion is be very cautious when
taking HGH or IGF-1, esp IGF-1. It is very similar to insulin which transports glucose into the cells and taking this
with very little glucose in the blood can cause severe hypoglycemia.
This is a common cause of death in using any insulin anabolics.
So be careful with this and never take it without food and always have food available when taking it.
Finally, mechano growth factor (MGF) is an isoform of IGF-1
which is produced locally in the muscle as part of the anabolic repair response to resistance training.
People take this just like they take IGF-1 over HGH.
Since it will be produced naturally in the muscles after lifting to help build up
muscles (repair response), people take it to bypass the pituitary.
